Stationary Fee: $50 per child (This will cover their communication booklet and all materials)

Payment
BC AND CANADIAN RESIDENTS: Payment is to be made in two post dated cheques for half of the amount of your child’s tuition fee for the year. One check payable in September and the other in February of the following year. A discount may be given to students who pay tuition in full year semester*
INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS: Full payment of fees is required on (or before) July 1st of the School Year. A Student Visa will NOT be issued unless fees are paid in full.
Reduction for Siblings
A reduction of ten percent will be applied to the annual fees for an each younger sibling who also is attending Fraser Valley Elementary. A reduction does not apply for siblings that are attending Willowbrook Montessori Daycare.
Tuitions are term based. September to January, February to June. A month notice must be given prior to withdrawal for the second term. (ie. before December 31st)
Extras
Extra funding will be required for field trips. Fees will be determined by the admission of each individual field trip. School supplies are ordered for all children for your convenience. Fees for this will be approximately $50-$75 and will be added to your tuition invoice. Yearbooks may be purchased by students or family on an annual basis.
Overdue Accounts - Extras
All overdue accounts will bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Please note that interest will be charged on unpaid fees from the first day after the due date, regardless of billing dates.
N.S.F. Cheques – N.S.F. charges will be subject to an escalating fees structure. Payments and cheques returned by the bank will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee for the first occurrence which will increase to $50.00 for second occurrence and $100.00 for third. Payment privileges will be revoked if there is a third offence, and the balance in full will be requested for the remainder of school year. This will be reviewed annually.
